THE HOSPITAL



A few weeks ago I had to visit hospital for seeing doctor. I was not too sick, and I also not too health, I just sick but need to see the doctor. Fyi, before it I often visit the hospital and got familiar with the situation. Honestly it is not a good place for visiting,  I always feel those feeling when I was in it. The bad and good feeling.


Bad feeling, because you know I hate the smell of medicine, I hate the sound of ambulance, and I feel sad seeing people seem suffering from their illness. I am afraid for realizing that everyone (include me) has  a possibility to get any disease and could be suffer like people there. It is bad.

In the other hand, the good feeling is I feel blessed that Allah give me healthy (before i got sick and after have got heal). How merciful Allah is, give us healthy that we can breathe oxigen freely without  pay anything. We can walk and run without any pain. And we can do our activities without any illness. Remembering how expensive hospital cost, its remind us that Allah's love is countless.

So after getting heal from my illness I promise to my self to keep my healthy, to keep Allah's love, and more love my body. I made some list to remind me how to keep my health. Here they are :

1. Eating 3 times in a day
Honestly I am a type of person that just eat when feel hungry. I have many routine activities that sometimes make me forget to eat. Leaving home at 7 am and back home at 10 pm. Its often make me skip my dinner, because when I back home I feel too tired to eat, then I just go to bed soon. So i just eat twice a day. But now I try to make reminder to at least eat before 7 pm.

2. Eat Vegetables and fruits
Fyi I am living far from my home. I eat what I want to eat whether its health food or fast food, oily or boily. I am an omnivora (literally haha). So now I make a reminder to at least eat fruits once a week, and eat vegetable everyday. And of course minimaze to eat oily food.

3. Sleep earlier 
Like what I said before, I usually back home at 10 pm, in that time I still need to clean my self, praying, and open my social media (lol), so it makes me sleep late at least at 11.30. And must wake up at 5am. I just sleep 6 hours in a day and I do it almost everyday (pray for my eyes puk puk). I know its bad, really bad. Now, I sugest my self to at least sleep at 10.30, after cleaning my self and praying. Because I thing, stay up or sleep late give a big effect to my body and make me sick easily.

4. Do exercise. 
You know I hate sweaty and running. All excercise I often do is running...from reality lol, thats why  I am fatty haha. I know it will be hard to suggest my self to do exercise, because I am a type of person that better sleeping than walking arround in the early morning. But (again) I will try, at least do exercise once in a week. Hope it will be work.

Its actually note for my self. When I know that changing is never easy, hope it can help.
